Here’s a great way to Support our Veterans
Veterans need our help, and contributing to the Veterans’ Homestead, Inc. and the new Northeast Veteran Trauma Rehabilitation Center is a great way to lend a hand to those who have sacrificed for us. In 2009, Benchmark Motorsports is racing to support this outstanding organization. With your help, we will be able to make a significant donation and have a positive impact on the lives of our veterans – and in particular, those that need it the most. 100 % of the funds raised will go to this organization, so every donation makes a difference! YOU can make a difference to these men and women!
Here is how it works:
- The #86 Improved Touring (B) VW Golf driven by Tim Mullen (President of Diamond Technical Services) is going to run a 8 race schedule in the SCCA North Atlantic Road Racing Championship Series and an 8 race schedule in the PRO-IT Seris sponsored by Driving Impressions.
- The average race length is 20 to 25 laps depending upon the track length.
- We are asking donors to pledge $1.00 for every lap that the #86 completes. But any amount is greatly appreciated!
